Kevin has been involved in the financial industry since 2001 and joined the team in 2012. He works closely with our clients to ensure that their goals and future needs are well aligned with their investment strategy. Kevin’s strong knowledge of the industry combined with his outgoing personality is a great combination. Kevin graduated with his bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University and currently holds his Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations.
Kevin is an entrepreneur and owns a doggy day care. Kevin’s time is also spent in philanthropic ventures such as fostering dogs and participating in fundraising events for animal welfare. Kevin and his wife, Kelly, enjoy spending time in the mountains and on their jet ski, and collecting rare baseball cards.

Karen has been with our firm since February 2000. Her greatest joy is assisting clients and contributing to their financial planning and well-being. She excels at helping clients and fellow team members with problem solving. She is proud of the fact that prior to joining the firm she worked in customer service for 15 years in the non-profit sector. Outside of work, Karen and her husband Jim enjoy creating as much time for laughter as they can while spending time with family and friends in the area. Their cat, Snickers, keeps them entertained on a daily basis.

Mollie has been with our firm since January 2016. Mollie directs our internal operations including our 529 plans, alternative investments, and insurance solutions. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree at Missouri Southern State University and currently holds her FINRA Series 7 registration. Mollie enjoys cooking and camping with her husband, Eric and their two dogs.
Lisa joined the Bloomfield Investment Group team in June 2019 as an Administrative Associate. Lisa brings with her, over fifteen years of administrative experience within the finance and real estate services industries. Lisa is a Notary Public in the state of Colorado.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with friends and family including her husband, Matt, two sons Dylan and Ryder, and her toy poodle Chip. She spends most of her free time traveling around the beautiful state of Colorado for her oldest son’s competitive club baseball tournaments. Lisa is also very passionate about volunteering at youth foster care programs and youth outreach programs in the Denver area. She takes pride in volunteering with several local organizations like The Shiloh House and Foster Together Colorado.
Tim Giampetroni, CFA

Tim joined Bloomfield Hills Financial in January 2016 as Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining Bloomfield Hills Financial, Tim spent time as a performance analyst at Columbia Wanger Asset Management and later as the Chief Investment Officer at Fortunatus Investments. He graduated from the Honors College at Michigan State University with a degree in finance. In 2009, Tim earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. In Tim’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and reading.
Kevin VanDyke, President and Founder of Bloomfield Hills Financial, is a native of the Metro-Detroit area, giving him a great understanding of the industries that dominate southeastern Michigan. Since starting Bloomfield Hills Financial, Kevin has held educational workshops for thousands of employees and retirees of Chrysler, General Motors, Ford, AT&T/SBC, and various local school districts. He assists clients in financial consulting, investing, as well as estate and retirement planning to develop and manage long and short-term investment portfolios. Kevin and his associates pride themselves not only on providing their clients with sound financial advice, but also on educating them along the way.

In addition volunteering at a local Detroit soup kitchen, Kevin is also involved with Leader Dogs for the Blind and the Michigan State University Alumni Association, as well as several other charities – including the Make-a-Wish Foundation, American Cancer Society, and Autism Speaks. Kevin also sponsors and oversees the Stock to Scholarship Challenge, a contest that helps educate high school students about the stock market and provides college scholarships to the winners.
