Back in the 1980s, Jeanette Alexander launched a Fort Worth-based financial planning practice specializing in retirees and soon-to-be retirees. She operated on her own until 1991, when her son, Michael Dallas, joined the company. The two worked as a team for 10 years until 2001, when Jeanette retired and Michael took over. Eventually deciding to take the advice he’d been dispensing to clients for 25 years, Michael retired in June 2016 and partnered with Bloomfield Hills Financial.

Warren joined Bloomfield Investment Group in 2018. Warren is a lifelong resident of Tarrant County and has spent over 10 years of his career working in downtown Fort Worth. Prior to joining Bloomfield, Warren gained over 18 years of experience helping clients make smart financial and investment decisions. He earned his Master’s degree from the University of North Texas and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. Warren achieved his designation as a Certified Financial Planner practitioner and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations as well as Life Insurance, Health Insurance and Variable contracts licenses.
Helping people, whether it’s planning for retirement or college expenses, is truly Warren’s passion. In addition to developing a custom financial strategy for each client, he conducts regular meetings with clients to review performance, reconfirm financial goals and adjust as economic or lifestyle conditions warrant.
When away from the office, Warren enjoys spending time with his three children Garrett, Grayson, and Lindsey. Some of his hobbies include golf, clay target shooting, and traveling. He is also an active member of his church’s Student ministry and volunteers for several local charitable organizations.
Randi Bildeaux, CPA
Randi joined Bloomfield Investment Group in July 2017. Prior to relocating to Texas and joining the team in Fort Worth, she worked for an independent financial planning firm in Minneapolis. Previous to that, Randi had a long career at Imation Corporation, where she excelled at international marketing, product management, and building lasting global relationships.
She really enjoys helping people and is especially passionate about helping women learn about and take control of their financial futures as they manage through life’s various transitions.
Randi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduated magna cum laude with her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Bemidji State University in Minnesota. She is also a candidate for CFP certification in 2019, having already passed the examination, and holds her Series 7 and 66 security registrations with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), as well as her Texas state Life & Health insurance license.
When she isn’t at work she keeps busy with her partner Doug, their three hunting dogs and a cat, and keeping in touch with the couple’s four young adult children. She loves nature and hiking, as well as to travel - scuba diving trips are her latest interest. Randi volunteers her time with Trinity Habitat for Humanity and likes the teamwork and satisfaction found in building homes for the less fortunate.
Client Operations Manager
Dominique joined the Bloomfield Hills Financial team in August of 2016 as an Executive Assistant. Prior to, she worked as the Receptionist for an investment advisor & broker dealer firm based in Southfield, MI. She was promoted to the firm’s Compliance Administrator, where she gained advantageous knowledge and industry experience. In November 2017, Dominique made the decision to relocate her family to Dallas, Texas and joined Bloomfield Investment Group in Fort Worth, where her role changed to the Client Operations Manager. She works closely with client relations and focuses on the daily operations of the firm. Dominique plans to continue to further her education by pursuing her Associate’s Degree in Accounting & Finance. She currently holds her FINRA Series 6 & 63 professional registration.
In her time outside of the office, Dominique is focused on her two daughters, Naomi and Teryn. She adores spending time with her family and enjoys cooking, reading and singing.
Tim Giampetroni, CFA
Chief Investment Officer
Tim joined Bloomfield Hills Financial in January 2016 as Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining Bloomfield Hills Financial, Tim spent time as a performance analyst at Columbia Wanger Asset Management and later as the Chief Investment Officer at Fortunatus Investments. He graduated from the Honors College at Michigan State University with a degree in finance. In 2009, Tim earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. In Tim’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and reading.
Kevin VanDyke, President and Founder of Bloomfield Hills Financial, is a native of the Metro-Detroit area, giving him a great understanding of the industries that dominate southeastern Michigan. Since starting Bloomfield Hills Financial, Kevin has held educational workshops for thousands of employees and retirees of Chrysler, General Motors, Ford, AT&T/SBC, and various local school districts. He assists clients in financial consulting, investing, as well as estate and retirement planning to develop and manage long and short-term investment portfolios. Kevin and his associates pride themselves not only on providing their clients with sound financial advice, but also on educating them along the way.
